Use of Services
WitPrep provides educational content, practice materials, and AI-powered tools for standardized test preparation including vocabulary building, quantitative reasoning lessons, verbal reasoning practice, essay writing evaluation, and diagnostic testing. You must be at least 13 years old to use our services.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
Subscription and Payments
Some features require a paid subscription. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy.
Content and Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality on WitPrep — including lessons, practice questions, vocabulary databases, AI-generated evaluations, and software — are owned by WitPrep and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from WitPrep without express written permission. Automated scraping, bulk downloading, or systematic copying of content is prohibited.
AI-Powered Features
WitPrep uses artificial intelligence to provide essay evaluations, content recommendations, and diagnostic analyses. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated feedback should be used as a supplement to, not a replacement for, professional test preparation guidance.
Limitation of Liability
WitPrep is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific test scores or outcomes. Your use of the platform is at your own risk.
