IELTS One Skill Retake (OSR) is offered at any computer-delivered IELTS centre that has opted into the OSR programme. As of 2026, all major British Council and IDP test centres in the UK, India, Canada, Australia, the UAE, Singapore, and most EU countries support OSR.
UK OSR Centres
British Council OSR centres operate in London (multiple sites), Manchester, Birmingham, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Leeds, Liverpool, Newcastle, Bristol, and Cardiff. IDP OSR centres operate in London, Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds, and Glasgow. Most cities have weekly OSR slots.
India OSR Centres
British Council operates OSR in Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Pune, and Chandigarh. IDP operates OSR in 30+ cities including Tier-2 cities like Indore, Jaipur, Coimbatore, and Lucknow.

OSR is available in Canada (Toronto, Vancouver, Montreal), Australia (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth), UAE (Dubai, Abu Dhabi), Singapore, Saudi Arabia (Riyadh, Jeddah), and most major EU and ASEAN cities.
